We began our work by migrating the entire store from PrestaShop 1.7 to WooCommerce. We transferred all data without losing user accounts, order history, or products. The client expected a simple and user-friendly management panel for their store, along with quick access to sales analytics. Implementing WooCommerce met the project expectations and provided fast and effective management of over 500 products.

An 81% improvement in performance on the first day after launching the new site.

According to Core Web Vitals factors, we achieved an increase from 54 points to 98 points. The implemented UI/UX project was optimized for speed, loading times, and accessibility across all search engines. A key element of the project was a dedicated fast and efficient product search engine, which shortened the purchasing process.
